As pedestrian as the previous night was, this night is a creative standout. A testimony to the notion that while it's hard to hit the high bar every night, they certainly tried - no mailing it in for these boys.
I think that's got to be Kesey on the rant during space? I deduce this from the era, the locale and content. Does anyone know for sure?
Also, first time in forever that Scarlet isn't followed by Fire.

Track #4 is labeled wrong and should be Minglewood Blues. Track #9, the second Looks like Rain, is correct and so are the rest of the tracks from there on. Music is clear, nice Wharf Rat and Other One. No complaints.

Nice sound here..This is a beautiful small venue and a perfect place to see the Dead like the Berkeley Community Theater..your also in PRANKSTER territory..I'm a true believer in the venue, the crowd and the timing..when all these merge with the universe, things will turn out all right!! Not the Dead's A game but a solid show..so please>GIVE IT A WHIRL>Forever Grateful>Forever Dead!!!!!
